Whatd'ya know - boycotting DOES work !

OMG!!! I can not believe any company would even publish a book like that!! How about boycotting them!!
 
Just saw that on the Today show. Glad it's gone!
 
Do they sell any books on how to sucessfully boycott a company?
 
I don't beileve in banning a book. But this book needs to be banned. I only hope is that they did not sell any of them. My other fear is that someone got a copy of the book and put in on the web or will try an sell it on ebay because it a ban book. I hope none of these thing will happen.
 
Can't even imagine what type of sicko would sit down and write this type of book....HE needs to be banned, not just his book!!
 
They did more harm than good with this campaign. All these morons did was give this book, its author and his movement a bunch of free publicity.
 
Sadly enough, Crazycatlady, Jew Bagel is right ...once this story got out, during the time Amazon was defending their right to sell it, sales of the book skyrocketed a whopping 1,001 % (yup, one thousand one percent!) and the ACLU is backing Amazon --- so where there's a buck to be made there are people to sell it and I'm sure some ass is auctioning it off on ebay right now...I was torn about a position about this one for a while cause I'm not into banning or burning books either, mostly because of the slippery slope effect - but the safety of vulnerable children is at stake, and I would think at least in this case that should outweigh these perverts rights - I guess a very poor analogy would be yelling fire in a crowded theater, where the safety of the general public is at issue ... not that they don't communicate w/ each other online already, but why make it easier for them for them to do so...The guy that wrote it IS sooooooooooo sick imho - saying stuff like the book focuses on the "pleasure" of this abuse , not about violence. They've got themselves convinced that kids want to be with them as much as they want to be with the kids - unbelievable !!!!!!!
