when did you start Christmas shopping this year?

I started Christmas shopping alittle bit 2 months ago and keeping them hidden from our 2 year old is a pain lol. and finished all my shopping last month how about everyone else? :) :santaclaus:
 
we started the weekend before last and probably won't finish until up to the last minute
 
Start I was supposed to start shopping already:verysad:
 
I will start the day before Xmas, just like everyone else. :doh:
 
Start? Are we supossed to start now? Who was it that said they were finished?

Actually, I found a little pocket game on clearance for 2 bucks that I thought I would use as a stocking stuffer....now if I can only remember where I put it.....
 
I got a good head start at the begining of the summer when Toys R Us and ?Amazon?(can't remember now) were splitting up and they had those AWESOME toy sales with free ship.I also got some stuff before that when The Body Shop and Bath and Body Works had all their gifts sets at about 90% off.I was able to get some of thier carnberry oil warmer sets for less then $5 (usualy go for $30 and up)and everyone in my family LOVES the cranberry scent and it's only available @ christmas so they always want more as gifts. I am actualy VERY close to being done :teeth:
 
If I see something on sale, I'll buy it. I do that all year long. I am far from done though. I hide stuff and have a hard time remembering where I put everything. :doh: :teeth:
 
I really dont think about Christmas till after Thanksgiving is over...
One holiday at a time ...please!

I do that all the time :o !!Just found some easter basket things last week.lol I drive my husband crazy, when I know there's somehting else and I want him to help me find it and he'll ask me what it is and I always say"I don't remember what it is but there's something" and then he'll ask me where I put it and of course my response is the ole"if I knew that then I wouldn't be looking for it";)
 
Don't have any christmas shopping done, yet. I will start soon.. it's still plenty of time for me to get it complete.
 
I started right after last Christmas. I shop sales and clearance all year long and just stick everything in my "gift" closet. Like Liz, I racked up on gifts during the TRU/Amazon split (I miss those days!). All the kids in my family are 6 and under, so picking up things they would like isn't too tough.

I am pretty much done except for a couple of things I still need for my son. I even bought gifts for my family to give to my kids. They know I get much better deals than they would, so I do the buying and they just give me the money.:tongue: Man, I love to shop!:druel:
 
love shopping here main reason I already did all mine hehe. I waited till the last minute last year and I was almost 7 months pregnant with our son it was hard to get around in all the crowds so this year I decided to shop earlier to make things easier and have more time this year to spend with family and decorate the house for our Christmas party

I can't stand shopping at "christmas time" the stores are over crowded(usualy with sick germ spreading people lol) the stores don't have as good a selection and let's not mention parking is a nightmare. I used to work retail and this that time o year people do not act like people to one another.I rather stay away from the crowds and use that time of year to decorate the house or do some holiday baking or just spend it with the family to.
 
We started looking at things a few weeks ago but haven't actually bought anything yet. Usually a about a week before Christmas is when we go purchase everything.
 
I've been "shopping" all summer but haven't bought anything and don't remember what I thought I should get.:worry:
 
I dont even know who I'm going to buy presents for. If I buy now, I can't return stuff in 2 months.
 
i'm with chooch... probably wont get around to it 'til the 24th

I buy for all the family and kids and close friends, teachers and bus drivers and other such peopel that I ALWAYS buy for.There might be a couple of extras to get for the closer we get to the holidays but that way it's ALOT easier to get done.
 
Is it time to x-mas shop again? :doh: :teeth:
Haven't started mine yet, going to do mine in a few weeks
