why was my post considered inappropriate?

I posted a link to a site that has coupon codes for various malls and it was removed .I got a message that those posts are not allowed.What exactly about that post is not allowed?I see money saving codes posted on here all the time so I don't understand what was wrong with it and don't want to make the same mistake again so an explanation would be appreciated.

The reason it looks like it was deleted was because it was actually another deal/coupon website, which we do not allow to be posted.

oops. sorry.It's just mall coupon codes for different mall stores, nothing like spooffee with all different threads and info so I didn't think anything of it.Thanks for the explanation.

*ahem* if I may......in my limited knowledge.......some deal sites get 'kickbacks' for 'referring :money:', so by posting other sites' listings here, it only promotes or makes money for other deal sites. (It's not the coupons or deal but the referrals that's an issue.)
