HOW TO ENTER: To enter, follow the links at
http://www.StuffVIPTravel.com to the contests page to reach the official entry form. Then fill in your name, home address, e-mail address, date of birth, upload your photograph, as per the below-listed guidelines, as well as your written submission as to why you are a power player and deserve to win the Power Player prize package from Stuff (minimum of 25 words, maximum of 250 words) and hit the SEND button. You will be able to upload one (1) recent photograph of yourself in JPEG format, (the "Submitted Photograph") using the instructions provided at
www.StuffVIPTravel.com. All photos must be approximately 692x530 pixels and up to 250 KB file size. Please be sure to retain the original photograph, as you may be required to submit the Submitted Photograph in greater resolution. When the upload is completed, you will be given an Entrant ID number that you will need for all future correspondence and submissions. The Contest Entities reserve the right to contact an Entrant to request resubmission of the Submitted Photograph and/or to request that the Entrant submit an additional photo if there are problems with the Entrant's initial submission or other questions or problems with such entry, in Contest Entities' sole discretion. While Entrants may have assistance from a third party in entering data and uploading the photos, each Entrant must otherwise complete the entry forms himself. Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person appearing in the Submitted Photograph (including but not limited to entries submitted by modeling agencies) will be rejected. Entries must be received no earlier than July 1, 2006 and no later than September 1, 2006. No purchase required. You may submit as many uniquely different original entries as you wish. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prize will only be awarded to the person or e-mail account holder whose name is on or corresponds to the winning entry. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Any attempts to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible for the entire contest. Contest Entities (defined below) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computers relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Proof of entering information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the sole property of the Contest Entities and will not be returned or acknowledged. False and / or deceptive entries or accounts shall render entry ineligible. Entrants certify that the photos that comprise the entry have not been altered and have not been retouched. Entrants represent and warrant that (a) their entry is their own original creation, and the Contest Entities’ use and publication of the entry materials will not infringe upon or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right, any right of publicity, privacy or other personal right or any law, rule or regulation; (b) the information provided on their entry is accurate and complete; (c) they have obtained all necessary licenses and releases from persons who have taken the submitted photographs. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will be chosen by select editors and writers of Dennis Stuff, Inc., from all eligible entries received by the dates specified above, based upon originality, creativity, humor, writing style, and relevance to theme, with equal weight given to each criteria, on or about September 15, 2006. The selection of the Grand Prize Winning entry shall be within the sole and absolute discretion of the judges, whose decision shall be final and binding. Dennis Stuff, Inc. is under no obligation to publish any submissions, in its sole and absolute discretion. In the unlikely event of a tie, the lead editor has final decision and will choose the winner in his/her sole and absolute discretion.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Dennis Stuff, Inc., Anheuser-Busch, Inc., The Mentholatum Co., Inc., Media-Pros, Pro Performance, Inc., Jack Victor Ltd., Cendant Corporation, and Key2Travel (collectively “Contest Entities”), suppliers, distributors, and retailers of alcohol products, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their families, are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States apply. Void in CALIFORNIA AND MAUI CO., HI and where prohibited by law. In the event that the Contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Contest Entities reserve the right to discontinue, modify or suspend the Contest, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Contest Entities shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.
PRIZES/VALUES: Grand Prize (1): One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Stuff VIP Grand Prize Package consisting of a Budweiser Select® Mini Fridge, a year’s supply (two (2) cases per month for 12 months) of Budweiser Select® beer (Winner will be issued a prize certificate, which is redeemable at a local authorized wholesaler; Winner must provide own transportation to pick up the beer. Prize expires July 1, 2007. Any other expenses not specified herein are winner’s responsibility. Only residents of AK, AL, CO, DC, DE, HI (except residents of Maui County), IA, KS, LA, MA, MO MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NC, OK, SC, SD, TN and WY are eligible to receive beer prize. In the event that Grand Prize Winner does not reside in one of the aforementioned states (or in the event that Grand Prize Winner resides in Maui County, HI), Grand Prize Winner will not receive beer prize, and no substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of beer prize will be permitted (Approximate retail value: $480)), and three men’s suits from Jack Victor, Ltd. (to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities). Winner will also receive a three day / two night trip for two to New York, including roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities) from the US gateway airport closest to the winner’s home, accommodations in a luxury hotel suite (double occupancy) at a hotel to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities, a helicopter tour of New York (to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities), two (2) courtside tickets to a professional basketball game to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities, admission and bottle service for the winner, guest, and 20 models at a New York City club (club and models to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities), protection by a professional bodyguard, and lunch with a music media mogul (subject to mogul’s availability; to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities). If the major airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence serves the greater New York City metropolitan area, the Grand Prize will not include air transportation or land transfers to the hotel and no substitution or compensation will be provided. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and will be chosen within the sole and absolute discretion of Contest Entities. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $14,450. All expenses not specifically referred to herein shall be the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Dates of trip and travel arrangements to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Entities, subject to availability. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for all required travel documentation. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except that Contest Entities may substitute any prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Failure to return any required documentation so as to be received within fourteen (14) days of prize notification will result in automatic prize forfeiture. If prize is forfeited for any reason, an alternate winner will be chosen based on the next highest score of remaining all eligible entries.
NOTIFICATION/TERMS: Grand Prize Winner will be notified by electronic mail and/or regular mail. Grand Prize Winner’s name may also be posted at
http://www.stuffmagazine.com and/or in STUFF Magazine. If Contest Entities are unable to contact the Grand Prize Winner to notify the Grand Prize Winner that he or she has been selected as the Grand Prize Winner, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, for any reason beyond Contest Entities’ control, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, affidavit of ownership of rights in materials submitted (including copyright in all photos), and publicity release, so as to be received within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the award of the prizes to an alternate. Winner’s guest will be required to execute a liability and publicity release prior to ticketing for travel. The return of the affidavits/releases of liability within the allotted time shall be solely the responsibility of the winner; Contest Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery. Dennis Stuff, Inc. reserves the right to edit and to publish all materials received whether or not entrant receives a prize. By entering this Contest, all entrants warrant and represent ownership of rights in story and materials submitted. Winner releases Contest Entities from all liability regarding prizes awarded. Entry constitutes entrants’ permission to print entrants’ names, photographs and submission in Stuff Magazine and/or the World Wide Web, and entrants’ consent to use their names, submissions, photographs, and/or voice recordings and likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes, in all media, without compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New York law, and the venue for all controversies will be exclusively in state or federal court in New York, New York. All federal, state and local taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the Winner.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Contest Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and all entrants including the Winner hereby agree to release the Contest Entities and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, participation in this Contest and/or award, acceptance or use or misuse of any of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or monetary loss, and including the risks of travel and of attendance at public events, regardless of the cause of such injury or loss.

(Vermont residents and residents of any other states where this requirement is proscribed by law may omit stamp.)
