Anyone else having the problem..

I got the above, went away for a while and found a new e-mail that said;

"Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Windows Vista Beta 2. This
email contains information on how to access the download and the Product
Key (below) you will need to install Windows Vista. You may install Beta
2 on up to 10 PCs using the same Product Key.

Please use the appropriate link below to access the download site for
the language and edition you want:"......

For the person who asked what the diference is between 32 and 64 bit, you might want to reconsider running beta software. Betas can be interesting and fun to fool with but they are not ready for prime time or you can be sure "they" (especially MS) wouldn't be giving them away for free. Nothing personal but you really should know that your PC is 32 or 64 so you can handle anything else that may happen. Everything I know I learned myself starting with DOS and Windows 3.1 and now I have to keep quiet or I'd be everybody's local technical support. I suppose one way to learn would be to try putting the wrong distro into the wrong kind of box. Worst case senario would be hosing your HDD but you can fdisk and format it to try try again. Have fun and whatever you do, keep at it until you win. ;) ;) :) :)

More than likely you have 32bits... unless you have a newer PC and specified your internal componets to be 64 bit. If that was the case then you would have to run 64 bit programs, such as Windows XP (64bit). In english, 64bit means faster ;)
