Windstorm in Washington State

We had a terrible windstorm on Thursay night and I have been without cable ever since and now we are without power. I'm not sure when we are going to get in back but it is so cold here. There is so many people without power, store are running out of batteries and people are lined up around the block for gas. I am on a work computer right now so I gotta go but I will try to get online again if I have the chance. I miss my Spoofee friends! :(

I have two young adult friends in Des Moines, outside of Seattle and the weather you all have been having has been brutal of late. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Stay safe and I hope you get heat again soon. :wave:

You can use a gas oven to stay warm.

Im in Calif, we got that storm but not that much wind.

How are you doing with that alaskan cold thats coming this way for a few days?
 
We got our power back last night! :) I am so glad too because we don't have a fire place or any other heat source. I am still without cable so I have no internet service. :verysad: I am using a library computer. It sucks but I really can't complain when a lot of people are still without any power. :worry:

I finally have power at home.. Ya:claps:

But I had to put about 150lbs of food in the trash:verysad:

I got my cable back! :claps: I have so much catchin' up to do. Glad to hear you have your power back Jamun! Some people are still without it! :worry: Thanks for the well wishes everyone. :) I knew we had a windstorm coming but I had know idea it was going to wreak such havoc! My oldest son's school still doesn't have power so he will be making up some days at the end of the year.
So did I miss any excitement or drama around here? :tongue:
