Wired Rebate!!!

I'm haveing something very wired about the rebate
This is a NEC MultiSync CRT MS97F-BK 19" Monitor
The price is about 250 @ OM
So I start with 50 of 250. and 40 MIR / 40 MSN wallet
But at OM's rebate center. the only rebate they have is MS97F-BK!!!
But i find something very interesting,
@ staples, the MS97F-BK has the rebate of 40. and on rebate, it says:

Rebate applies to listed NEC MultiSync monitors purchased ar BJ's Wholdsale club, circuitcity...OfficeMAX and STPLES!!!!!!!

So, Can i use staples' reabte for the product purchased in OM?

I would think that it would work. I would just make sure to read ALL of the fine print.
