Worst Dad Award Nominee

Better to know how than not know how I think. I didnt start quite that early, but I grew up with guns. I was shooting when I was 5 or 6. I had my own rifle when I was 8. I had a shotgun when I was 10.

Teaching him about guns does not make him a bad dad. What about Steve Irwin holding his infant baby while feeding the crocs raw meat? THAT's a bad dad, IMO.

I don't necessarily think that guy is a bad father either. I just titled it "Worst Dad..... " cause that's what the video is called. I do think tho that the little boy is too young for that yet.

Ahh, got it. Yeah, I agree. Another couple of years. He at least needs to be able to coordinate both hands at the same time, lol.

Good grief. He could at least have put some kind of eye protection on the kid and maybe practiced WITHOUT bullets or with something harmless like a paintball gun or a cap gun. I mean I guess it's fine to teach your kids about gun safety, but this just goes way too far. There are a lot of other safe alternatives.

I agree too.
People should learn about firearms as much as they can. If they don't learn they may just consider it a toy and end up killing someone, or live in fear of an object they don't understand, and I don't which is more dangerous.
One is direct threat to people, and people living in fear will do anything to help their insecurities.
However, I do think he should of started with something simpler and safer.
