I recently purchased one of those Wristech monitors being offered for $10
at the inventionchannel.com. It seems that they fail to mention that they
charge $10 just to try it, (the trial mentioned but not explained on their tv ad)
and then charge you an addtional $40 for the monitor the first month and then charge another $20 the second month for a total of $78.99 for the darn thing.
However they don't explain or mention this when you purchase it at their website and I was informed that the complete price was only $18.99. I learned of the other charges only after receiving it in the mail.
I am in the process of reversing the charges to my credit card and just mailing the thing back to them because of their shady practice.
But I did a search on google and ebay and discovered that there are many companies selling the wristech or similar items and that you can buy them (the Wristech) at carolwrightgifts.com for only $24.95 and $4.50 S/H.
So if you are interested in it, I can recommend the item as being very good and accurate, but don't get ripped off.
