Pricegrabber shows Newegg.com to have the lowest prices for xD cards:
Newegg has the Olympus 512mb xD picture card (Model XDPC512MB) for $58.07 + $4.87 FedEx Saver Shipping (no tax).
Total - $62.94, no rebates needed
Newegg also has the Olympus 256mb xD card (Model XDPC256MB ) for $35.71 + $4.81 FedEx Saver Shipping Shipping.
Total - $40.52

also, from just "surfing" around, i found a few other prices...
OfficeMax is having a special on their Lexar xD cards. the 256mb xd card is $39.99 after instant rebates (search Item # 20858751)
If you have a 10% off Best Buy coupon (or someone you know has one), then I think you'll get the best price there:
Best Buy has the FujiFilm 512mb xD card on sale for $69.99 - $10 MIR (exp 02/12/2005) = $59.99.w/ the coupon, you'd save $7, making this $53 AR & AC.
Outpost.com has the Lexar 512MB XD Picture Card for $64.99 - $10 MIR = $54.99 AR (rebate expires TODAY, 2/10/05) + shipping (probably ~$5)

IF officemax.com will pricematch outpost.com (and that's a BIG if), then you could get the lexar 512mb (search item# 20767467 ) for $64.99 - $15 MIR (exp 2/19/05) = $50 (shipped free).
I only mention it b/c sometimes, a nice CSR will do the PM for you, sometimes though it's a no go. nevertheless, it might be worth a shot
