Get one of the green store-specific coupons from the 4"x6" tear off pads in your local store (probably at the cash register). Call the toll-free number on the coupon and respond to the survey questions (takes 5 minutes). At the end of the survey, write the validation code that will be provided on the front of the coupon. Take the coupon back to the store before May 14, 2007 and apply it to your next purchase of at least $10.
The fine print: redeemable only at the store where you got the coupon, one per customer, not valid on sale or clearance merchandise or in combo with any other coupon offer excluding rewards. Cannot be used toward rental items, in-store services, gift card purchases, or for previous purchases.
