The "Young and the Restless" Sweepstakes ("the Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories, and possessions) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER as of May 1, 2006 ("Entrant" or "Entrants").
Limit of one entry per Household, where Household is defined as those Entrants residing at the same physical address.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on May 1, 2006, and ends at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on June 1, 2006.
One qualifying Entrant ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive one (1) Overstock.com Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value of $500), one (1) Basket of The Young and the Restless Collectibles, and one (1) CD of the new album "Goodbye Alice in Wonderland" by the performing artist Jewel (collectively, "Grand Prize").
Five qualifying Entrants ("First Prize Winners") will each receive one (1) Overstock.com Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value of $100), one (1) The Young and the Restless Collectible Item, and one (1) CD of the new album "Goodbye Alice in Wonderland" by the performing artist Jewel ("First Prize").
The aggregate Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $1,215.00.
