zipzoomfly and Coolmax Sucks!!!Robbed me!

Buyer Beware.

I was robbed by Coolmax rebate on v-500 powersupply. I believe Coolmax and zipzoomfly purposely decieved me on the rebate process.

You will note both websites have no phone#s for customer service issues. And they might provide after sending them an e-mail.

You will also note, coolmax will change the status of the rejected rebate after the 30 day period.

zipzoomfly does not provide invoices, unless requested to. The online order confirmation is not the invoice or the e-mail they send you. You have to request the official invoice to be sent to you. Which is very deceiving.

Why is it that Coolmax requires a special rebate # generated after your purchase from zipzoomfly..which tells me that they are linked together and not accept my rebate application.

What a bunch of crooks!!! I would love to put a class action law suit against Coolmax and also name zipzoomfly....any lawyers would like to take this on?

I have full e-mail documentation between me and zipzoomfly and Coolmax and copies of my rebate submission. I also have an e-mail from zipzoomfly admitting they do not give out invoices!? WTF!

I will start my formal complaints to every government agency and consumer advocate sites.

I will never do business with zipzoomfly or buy any piece of crap merchandise manufactured by Coolmax's usa distributor.
