I did get a pop up page that said thank you so maybe that is the confirmation that it went thru.

Hello~ Back in Oct there was a promotion, a video to watch and at the end I requested the coupon for the free product. I received an email stating it would ship out shortly, back in October. I have not received it yet. I am just wondering if the coupons are being sent out soon? Thanks so much for your time, I look forward to trying some of your dinners."

this morning I got a reply (rather an abrupt one-liner :mmph:):

Yeah -they never sent me a coupon, which I have requested twice in the past.
