(Filled) Aveda-FREE Damage Remedy Trio pack

couldn't get to go through in IE, but did in Firefox. says 3-4 weeks for delivery
 
i got thru to the order form on IE9 and chrome but i am stuck at the order now tab.
 
OK the order form finally came up...let's hope i see the enter button in the next millennium
 
I can't get through. Do you have to go pick this up in the store or are they mailing it? Most Aveda offers are pick-up only. I have to get my birthday gift by the end of March, so I will be going there anyway at some point. I'm interested in their new volumizing products which I saw advertised somewhere recently. They are also offering a sample pack of these.
 
ok after 1 1/2 hours of trying I FINALLY got it to go thru (well actually my son did it for me)... Key is Don't refresh after hitting submit. instead of refreshing wait about 5 min and it will go through!:)
 
This is over . . . after hours of trying and waiting and trying again, I finally got through and it said, sorry, it was over.
