got the same message! I finally couldn't take that MetroPCS wouldn't allow shoptext so I finally went to Virgin Mobile when boost didn't get the phone in I wanted (wanted the Motorola I1) but went w/ Virgin Mobile and got a nice android phone for $150 far less then the Motorola I1 at $249! So I'm back on board w/ shop text thanks again glitter!: )

Just text the word to the number. If it's the first time, you'll have to do several different texts to give them your address, but then they have it after that. So far they aren't out yet! :)
 
still waiting for mine..it's showing in Shoptext so don't know why Florida is always the last area to get it but hoping for the best!
