just keeps spinning. finally, i refreshed the page and it said I already submitted. who knows?!
 
It kept spinning for me too, so I opened another window & it said I already requested a sample. I left the page open to see if it would go to the confirm screen, but all it did was it time out, then sent me back to Target's main page. I hope this comes!
 
Same thing for me. Not sure if it means that it went through or if I am not eligible to get one because I received one last time. These were great before. I really hope we are eligible again.

Same with the spinning, and it saying "please review and resubmit." Resubmitting just gives you the same message. Gonna try to just leave the page open and let it spin itself to death lol.
 
this is VERY annoying. no way to tell if i will get it or not.:mad::mmph::rant:

It looks like it is saying please wait for all the samples for this I even put in my mother in laws address and my 2nd email acc that have never been registered at that site and still got the same please wait....

I hope it went through. I had the grey rainbow of death there for awhile, so I refreshed the page and it said an order had been submitted.
