Vouchers available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET every hour on the hour, up to 1,000 vouchers distributed each day. More than 80 vouchers distributed every hour. No purchase necessary to obtain voucher. Download your Veterinary Voucher immediately (be sure to read the printing instructions carefully, software installation required). Otherwise, if you receive a message that we’ve hit our hourly limit, please try again between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET through February 28, 2009.
Visit a veterinarian for preventive care by May 31, 2009. Bring the original Veterinary Voucher to your veterinary appointment. Be sure your veterinarian completes and signs the Veterinary Voucher.
Submit your completed Veterinary Voucher with copy of receipt from your veterinary visit on or before May 31, 2009 to the address indicated on the voucher.
