I love this litter as well, the last coupon I got was already expired when I got it!
 
I called this morning they said to get the kit I have to mail the sticker from the bag along with my info and they will send the kit to me.
 
I called they asked me how I heard about the promotion. They asked for my name and address. That was it. Thanks so much for telling us about this!

After reading your post I called again and they told me again to send in the sticker:cry: I am bad with saving things to mail- I usually find them months later. Oh well!!
 
I got the same answer, just send upc in with info and get the kit. =/ Pitty..
 
they were rude!! DON'T CALL and waste your time. need UPC to send in

I asked about the offer and they told me to send the sticker off the bag to the address and were pretty rude!!!:eek::nono::jaw:

when she told me to send the sticker with the UPC code to the address and started to hang up.... I had to stop her and ask what address...thought she would at least be courteous to give it to me. basically hung up on me.

so if you use this letter buy one with a sticker and follow th directions and mail it to the address on the bag.

just got an email wanting to know what i used before and what i like about feline pine, cause i had to mail mine in instead of talking to a person. just fyi. i will let you know when i get my stuff.
 
I was going to call because we're adopting a kitten that was born last week so we need to get everything it needs, but after reading the comments I won't bother! It's a shame they are so rude!!

You should definitely call. I'm sure they're just rude because they've been swamped with calls but I'm sure if you tell them a friend told you about the offer and you're adopting a kitten they'll be very nice. I got this last year and I spoke with someone very, very nice and my cat actually LOVES the brush the kit came with. So try...for your kitten!
