Well it worked for me, however

There was a google earth shot of my house and an estimate.

the estimate was $80,000 LESS than My Nassau county, New York tax assessment value-which are notoriously low. And 100,000 less than
the house that sold across the street which has less updating then mine.

so, as far is i am concerned it's fun but don't take the estimate too seriously.
