Says in the rules that you pick up your free gloss at a "Concept Store"

Might want to check if you have one in your area . . . there are very few of these stores.

You can also find the lip gloss at any Ulta stores which are usually in any major malls or in independent stores in strip malls....as usual my two cents,just trying to help.:yesnod:

I choose my retailer location as online because I have no where even close to redeem this at.
 
I must have missed the part that stated you would only get the voucher if you lived in CA. I did see if there were stores near me or anywhere I would be visiting and there were several so I applied.

I got this email today stating that I was not getting one because I don't live in CA :
