It looks like they are charging for shipping now...$3 for each sample. Cannot get the pay by check option.

I rec'd the same thing and emailed them back that I would be returning the package unopened. If they're offering samples for free, then that's just what it should be, free. We often buy the products after sampling them. Not these guys! I'm just going to mark refused on my package and send it back to them! So there.
