Physicians Formula FaceBrightener or BronzeBrightener /MIR "NEW" Expires 12/31/09

You can now get a Physicians Formula Mineral Wear FaceBrightener or BronzeBrightener product free of charge through mail-in-rebate.

To receive your mail-in rebate:

1) Purchase the specially marked Physicians Formula Mineral Wear FaceBrightener or BronzeBrightener product between 1/1/09 and 12/31/09.
2) Print out and mail the form located through the link below along with the TRY ME FREE label attached to the product and your original sales receipt with purchase price circled.
3) Rebate must be postmarked by 1/15/10.

Offer expires December 31st, 2009. Limit one rebate per household (2 rebates per
household accepted for Rhode Island residents only). Rebate amount is the purchase
price of FaceBrightener or BronzeBrightener not including tax. Maximum value is
$13.95. Not valid on any other Physicians Formula product. Requests from groups,
post office boxes, or organizations will not be honored.

this is mentioned in the November issue of women's day. the trick is to find product that has the sticker "try me free" on it. the UPC and receipt are easier to manage.

Finally yesterday I found the product with the TRY ME FREE label attached to the product and I sent the rebate:wink:
