Eligibility
Sweepstakes entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and where prohibited. Employees of Lebanon Seaboard Corporation, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies [“Related Entities”] and their immediate families are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Two Ways to Enter
This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2009. A) Online Entries: Log onto www.preen.com and submit the Official Online Entry Form by submitting your complete name, address including zip code, and your e-mail address by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 1, 2009; or B) Mail Entries: Hand print your complete name, address including zip code and email address (if available) on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail the piece of paper in an envelope with First Class Postage to: Preen Garden Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 268, Lancaster, PA 17608-0268. All Mail Entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2009 and received by July 10, 2009. Limit one entry per household. Online entrants who invite a friend(s) to share in the Sweepstakes, as well as special offers, samples and gardening tips, will automatically receive one additional entry per friend (up to five additional entries per household). All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. With respect to Online Entries, Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected entries, entries that are processed late or incorrectly or those that are lost or damaged due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. All Online Entries must include a valid e-mail address.
