You should've received an email from Amazon right when they shipped out the physical Chipotle Gift Card. Email states

"You have qualified for a $10 promotional credit which has been automatically applied to your account and will only be visible at checkout and not in your gift card balance. It can be used on eligible products sold by Amazon on Amazon.com until September 30, 2025."
