This doe not work for someone who buys on eBay on a regular basis only for those who occasionally buy to entice them back. I find less and less reasons to buy anything on eBay as they now charge taxes on used items.

eBay has gone downhill. Deals used to be better, and the %5 is not enough to entice me. It barely covers taxes for most states as they started collecting taxes on USED items. What a joke.

This is NOT “10% Back” - this is their program that lets you use % a percentage of what you’ve already spent to buy Other Stuff! Additionally, it’s only useable for a 30 day period at the end of the quarter during which you accumulated any of these ‘credits.’ If you don’t use the credit on Ebay during that 30 day period.... you lose the full credit!

This is NOT “10% BACK!”

this is only for targeted customers. Not all ebay patrons will be able to get 8% ebay bucks. sheesh!
