Watch your inbox for a confirmation email that your request has been received (the email came with the subject line Your member gift is reserved!)
On your day & time, go to your local Lowes store, head to the designated pick-up area
Present your MyLowes Rewards Member ID on the Lowes app or on your mobile browser
