You have the opportunity to select four samples free. Due to the limited nature of free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship free samples if they arrive damaged, if you receive free samples that are different than the samples you chose, if you had previously received free samples, or if one or more free samples is missing from your request. While we are unable to guarantee that the free samples you requested are available, we will always do everything possible to ensure that the free samples requested are shipped to you.
