I called my local Nissan dealer (CA) & they’re not in stock until late August early September.

You might be able to order one, but don't expect delivery until about Feb. 2022.

No one has stock, Dealer just said they have higher trim vehicle availabe. Of course with much higher price..

Can you break it down with tax Incentives. It’s not clear as it shows $149 on the dealer website

Good luck trying to find one to lease. The dealers can't get any stock. Maybe after 5-22 inventory will get better.
