not sure if this deal is even valid due to them raising the price on the 27th and having to receive your passport before then for the lower price. if you submit $110 now, they will delay you and charge you the extra $20.

Keep in mind the price breakdown of a passport after the increase is approximately $1 per month (over 10 years) so if you renew and don't travel during the first 20 months, you haven't saved anything
