Update - The link works if I do it on the computer. On my phone, it tries to open the Panera app and that's why it did not work. It needs to open in a browser. Also, it cannot be saved to the Panera app. They sure do everything they can to make it difficult to redeem!

Did you get the email that states "Your $10 Bonus Card is inside!"?

There is a button to "View My Bonus Card" which should show you the card number
