Xfinity / Comcast TV & Internet is usually solid, but we all have experienced relatively long outages.

When an outage happens, you can ask Xfinity for a credit refund which is very hassle free!

Step 3
Enter your issue start date and end date

Step 4
You will be offered a refund right away




The refund offer for outages by Comcast depends on the length of time of the outage. If it goes for over a day, make sure to claim your free credit!
