Asks for an activation key after you tell it to Open in Uplay. -_-

I was directed to a Chinese page, when I tried to change to English it got stuck on the wheel of death. Clicked blue button but all it did was disappear and leave the background up. Logged in on PC and my account does not show the game. Anybody get this to work?
