Eligible Participants who accurately complete the Form will receive an email with instructions to authenticate their email address to complete the Offer claim process (the Offer Claim). Failure by a Participant to authenticate their email address within twenty-four (24) hours, as instructed, will result in forfeiture of the Offer.
