T-Mobile Data Breach Class Action Settlement

T-Mobile had a class action settlement.

You are a Settlement Class Member if you are among the approximately 76 million U.S. residents identified by T-Mobile whose information was compromised in the T-Mobile Data Breach.

If your information was compromised in the 2021 T-Mobile Data Breach, you are eligible for benefits from a class action settlement. A class action settlement has been proposed in a case against T-Mobile US, Inc. and T-Mobile USA, Inc. relating to a data breach that T-Mobile announced on August 16, 2021. Preliminary Approval of the Proposed Settlement was granted on July 26, 2022. If you are a Settlement Class Member, there are benefits available to you from the proposed settlement.

You must submit a claim in order to receive reimbursement for Out-of Pocket Losses and/or Lost Time under the Settlement.
